In den heutigen Klassen befinden sich Schüler, die sehr unterschiedlich sind: "die verschieden alt sind, auf unterschiedlichen Leistungsniveaus und mit unterschiedlichen Strategien lernen, aus verschiedenen Familien, Schichten und Kulturen kommen, sich als Mädchen und Jungen vielfältig inszenieren und sich zu einzigartigen Persönlichkeiten entwickelt haben". Kann man dies als Heterogenität in den Schulen bezeichnen? Bevor ich zu meinem Thema "Umgang mit Heterogenität" komme, möchte ich den Begriff "Heterogenität in den Schulen" definieren. Ludwig Duncker schreibt in seinem Beitrag "Bildung und Heterogenität. Zerreißproben für das Bildungssystem" folgendes: "Heterogenität bezieht sich aber nicht nur auf das Spektrum zwischen Minderbegabung und Hochbegabung, sondern auch auf migrationsbedingte kulturelle Vielfalt und Sprachbeherrschung, auf Medienkonsum und Freizeitverhalten, auf Unterschiede zwischen Mädchen und Jungen, auf Kinder mit oder ohne Behinderungen, also auf all die Differenzierungen, die sich materiell, kulturell und sozial abbilden". In der vorliegenden Arbeit möchte ich untersuchen, wie der Umgang mit der Heterogenität in zwei unterschiedlichen Schulsystemen ist, dem Kirgisischen und dem Deutschen. Dafür werde ich als erstes das kirgisische Schulsystem beschreiben. Danach möchte ich anschauen, welche Lerngruppen in Kirgistan gebildet werden und welche Möglichkeiten des Chancenausgleiches für die kirgisischen Schüler bestehen.
