About the Author: Tomas Lydahl är föreläsare, författare, kursledare och mental coach. Under 18 år bodde han i Los Angeles med en framgångsrik karriär inom hotell-branschen och ett stort intresse för personlig utveckling. Efter att ha provat en mängd olika tekniker för att nå välmående insåg han att det antingen var fel på honom eller på dessa metoder. När Tomas flyttade tillbaka till Sverige stötte han på de tre principerna som förklarade att vi människor inte behöver programmeras om överhuvudtaget. Äntligen förstod han att det aldrig hade varit något fel på honom. Inte egentligen. Han hade bara fått en del om bakfoten, om hur vi egentligen fungerar mentalt. När vi människor väl förstår tre enkla principer, kan vi alla leva ett liv fyllt av välmående, harmoni och balans, vilket ger hopp för mänskligheten. 2013 fick Tomas möjligheten att sprida sin kunskap då han jobbade som vd för Key Solutions AB. Efter 9 månader tilldelades företaget priset som Sveriges andra och Europas tredje bästa arbetsplats, när det gäller arbetsglädje, av Världsorganisationen Great Place to Work.
