It's Christmas time for Jerry and Lynne Michaels. And it could hardly be busier. Just a few months after Jerry is called as the new bishop of their ward, he and Lynne welcome the birth of their first child-a beautiful baby girl-and move into a new home in the same week. On top of all that, they are preparing for a special Christmas concert in Los Angeles-as well as organizing an additional Christmas concert to raise funds for their ward.
When Jerry accidentally injures his ankle, Lynne feels it may be the right time for her husband to slow down and start accepting help from others. But Jerry has other plans in mind. To him, Christmas is all about giving-not receiving.
In spite of Lynne's pleading, Jerry stubbornly refuses offers of freely-given service from others. In the end, will it take more than Sister Wilkinson throwing a casserole dish at him for Jerry to learn a valuable lesson?
This lighthearted and humorous novel is sure to bring the Christmas spirit into your home-and give you one more thing to love about Christmas.
