Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Germanistik - Linguistik, Note: 1,0, Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität Greifswald (Institut für Deutsche Philologie), Veranstaltung: Textproduktion, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Phänomen, dass sich der Autor der vorliegenden Arbeit zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, zu untersuchen heißt: Text-auf-T-Shirt. Marketingexperten haben zumindest für einen Teil dieses Phänomens den kürzeren und einprägsameren Begriff Funshirt gefunden. Gemeint sind damit T-Shirts mit irgendwie lustigen Aussagen, um die es in der vorliegenden Arbeit im Wesentlichen gehen soll. Dabei beschränkt sich das Phänomen nicht auf die Deutsche oder die Europäische Gesellschaft, sondern kursiert weltweit. Kluge Geschäftleute müssen also einer wirtschaftsanalytischen Betrachtung folgend einen Bedarf erkannt und beliefert haben, den es immer noch zu beliefern gilt, denn die große öffentliche Verbreitung betexteter T-Shirts ist so unbestreit- wie wahrnehmbar. Anlass genug, das T-Shirt auch zum Gegenstand einer linguistischen Untersuchung zu machen, was mit der vorliegenden Arbeit geleistet werden soll. Zuerst soll dabei die allgemeine aber unvermeidliche Frage beantwortet werden, warum der Mensch ein Kleidungsstück auswählt, um Text, dessen Aussagekraft erfahrungsgemäß weit über die Vermittlung ästhetischer Informationen hinausgeht, darauf zu applizieren. Wie kommt man dazu oder besser: Was verleitet dazu? Was bietet das T-Shirt, das andere Kleidungstücke nicht haben? Daraus ergeben sich weitere Fragen: Was will der Mensch mit seinem T-Shirt aussagen? Was ist das überhaupt; ein Mensch mit einem Text auf dem T-Shirt? Wen will er erreichen (wenn er jemanden erreichen will)? Was ist das für eine Art von Text auf dem T-Shirt, handelt es sich dabei um eine Textsorte? Gibt es gemeinsame Merkmale aller dieser Texte?
