It is actually how this book came about.
I researched how to change for months and months.
Then, I wrote down everything that I learned from my research, all my thoughts and experience as I went through the changes in my life.
It wasn't easy, but it was simple.
The things you need to do are simple, but doing them consistently is hard.
It is hope that this guide can be of help to someone put there in need of this guide.
In the guide, I go through the basics that you need to understand to be able to truly and fundamentally make lasting changes to your life and lifestyle.
Starting with the mind, by explaining how it works and what to keep in mind as you go along on your journey of life and continue onto the body and finally the spirit, or soul, interacts with who you currently are.
I then help take you through the stages of setting a goal, changing habits and mindsets, so that you receive the tools you need to be able to keep evolving yourself as you go along on your journey of life.
I have written this book so that at the top of each topic is a summary of the main text so that people that want to quickly absorb what I am talking about will be able to do that all the while people who wants to go deeper into the subject may do so at their own convenience.
