Dabei handelt es sich zum Einen um die Transaktionsanalyse und zum Anderen um das Phänomen des "Lernenden Unternehmens". Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt dabei auf der Kommunikation, welche wir als wichtigstes Führungsinstrument hervorheben. Eine angemessene und kompetente Gestaltung der Kommunikationsprozesse kann beträchtlich zum Unternehmenserfolg beitragen. In Zeiten des intensiven und internationalen Wettbewerbs können Unternehmen auf langfristige Sicht nur mit Know-how bzw. Wissen ihren Erfolg und ihre Existenz sichern. Dieses ist ein Resultat der Lernprozesse von Mitarbeitern.Ausgangspunkt ist dabei also das Individuallernen. Da ein Unternehmen aber ein Konstrukt, bestehend aus vielen Individuen auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen ist, wird dieses vereinzelte Wissen über Kommunikationsprozesse kollektiviert und anschließend zum Organisationswissen generiert. Es entsteht ein strategischer Erfolgsfaktor, auf welchen zukünftig kein Unternehmen verzichten darf. Die Bedeutung der Kommunikation sticht dabei hervor und bringt die Frage auf: "Wie kann man die Kommunikation gestalten um den Lernprozess des Unternehmens effektiver zu organisieren?" Hier kommt die Transaktionsanalyse zum Einsatz. Als Persönlichkeitstheorie ermöglicht sie uns zunächst einmal, unsere eigene Persönlichkeit und die der Anderen zu begreifen. Aus dieser Basis heraus, lernen wir unsere Kommunikationsprozesse bewusster zu gestalten. Sie ist ein Metamodell der Kommunikation und kann demnach überall dort angewendet werden, wo Kommunikation vorliegt. Doch soll es dabei nicht nur bei einer Analyse bleiben. Die Transaktionsanalyse ist ergebnisorientiert und zielt auf einen Wandel in unserem Kommunik
