About the Book

December 25, 2015 Forty-nine years ago today, I began a journey on the Narrow Path. A journey that would take me into a world that just two days earlier I'd have never imagined or even considered. God not only saved me on Christmas Eve, but between going to sleep that night and waking on Christmas Day, God called me to a lifetime profession of Him as Savior and servant to others. I was on my way to becoming a pastor. That journey saw me take many interesting twists and turns. From being drafted, and nearly being on a plane to Viet Nam; to a miraculous discharge from the army (but not until I was in long enough to get enough of the G.I. Bill to cover my education for the ministry). And that education was a miracle in itself. I went from flunking out of Junior College three years before being drafted to fight in Nam, to return to college, and getting straight "A's" and gaining additional academic scholarships. God did many awesome things as He led me down the path to the ministry. I have been through so many ups and downs, defeats as well as victories, that it took writing a book just to cover the lifetime of events and the ongoing spiritual war I went through, just to arrive where I am today, leading this fabulous online ministry and becoming an author. My prayer for each of you is that you not only be born-again, but that you are growing and going forward in your new life for Jesus. The greatest gift I ever received in this life was not life itself, but rather a second chance at life when I found that I was a sinner, repented of my sin, and asked God to let His Son live in my heart. It has been an awesome 49 years, child of God, and I pray that each of you will one day reach a birthday of such glorious magnitude and be able to proclaim such as I, that the greatest gift you ever received was the gift of Grace when you were born-again into the family of God; and how you followed His lead down an uncertain path that led to blessings beyond compare; with the zeal to share His gift with others to disciple them for ministry too. I love you all, and wish only His best in your life, for your life and to your life! Pastor Paul
