About the Book

This book of poetry is relevant "yester-centuries" as it is today and opens the door to move the needle forward for a better balance and progressive American society. American skewed society function at a deficit and is far from reaching its true potential not only owing to the opportunistic grab of the bulk of the good things in life by a few usurpers, but because the system of education, the social-psychological-moral-ethical and legal framed-pressures designed and practiced hurt the under-privileged enthusiasm from realizing their full potential and development. Hundreds of years of deliberate disrespect, cruelty that cut across all segments of the American society tortured the soul of blacks, native American nations and co-opt poor whites who has acquiesced to a nominal sheltering at the bottom of the social class pyramid, where applied discomforts to switch and bait in support of the hand-wavers and privileged few at the top has been practiced. Should redress be given to the national and economic ideals and practices, more enthusiastic dedication can be harness for more to participate and benefit. This book pleas to all, especially those who have real power to amend the inequalities, and embrace as well as emphasize more equitable access, distribution and support for those with the hindered needs to facilitate their growth and human dignity. The book invites all to question racial, political and economic injustices; it recognizes, gives solace, encourages confidence, praise the pride of self-and human dignity to strive against all odd by nourishing the inner soul for betterment. There is the awareness of the sins of the society, more exposed today than ever; but the adamance of some, who like leaches have suctioned and enjoyed the full privileges of excessively benefiting more from exerting power on the group at the bottom, whose efforts go into the manual and technical production of the resources with the disparity accruing to the group with the power who have dug-n and flagrantly refused to budge timely and appropriately to just fairness and fair conscience.Spiritual morality advocates the value of all living things particularly human beings, to be sympathetic and emphatic and be supportive of the meek and the weak individuals who are in the state of carrying the burden often linked to neglect and the disenfranchisement of the suffering of the unfortunate. Basic human instinct appeal to a normal rational person to show concern and reach out to situations in need. The matter before America and it spreads to the global community. Centuries of egregious wrongdoing have been systematically done to populations and ethnic groups by and for the structured benefits of the oppressor group. The oppressor group established laws to suppress the group's agenda, the group informally then formally promoted, built and encouraged manpower and organizations to reinforce the oppression and it encouraged a system of unquestioned submission and punishment for not acquiescing to the status quo. As a rule of domination, no change is offered to the suppressed unless and until the acts violating the oppressed becomes overbearingly to stir the conscience of the just persons in quick and large numbers. Only the ground-swell of moral conscience of and loud voices evoke and stir opposition to the abusive wall of power to maintain powerful control just as it was then and yesterday as it is resisted today. The changes which came about during the era of absolute wartime oppression was achieved by force meeting force. Then strategies of civil disobedience were established in the light of overwhelming show of force by the oppressive units and organizations. But the ruling class has given some semblance of reprieve, chorused, infiltrated and failed to defend and justly protect the right of all people. We must end the aggressive plot and behaviors against the suppressed and marginalized groups. Please now!
