About the Author: Sean Patrick Wingerter was born and raised in Long Island, New York, where he has lived for over forty years. He attended Rutgers University, earning a bachelors degree in computer science.
Wingerter was a technologist at a Wall Street firm for over twenty years and spent fifteen of those years as a business analyst writer. His first publishing experience involved technical editing for Internet books in the mid-1990s, including The Internet in Plain English by Bryan Phaffenberger in 1994.
Wingerter has written technical documents throughout his career but always had a passion for mysteries and historical fiction-a fascination that inspired Tightrope Walker.
