About the Book

See a Picky Eater "Wolf" Down his Breakfast! Nate is a picky eater. When his dad takes him to a breakfast buffet, reluctant Nate uses his imagination to "play" with his food, acting out a funny, action-packed version of the Three Little Pigs with sausage links and baked goods. The Three Little Sausages is a whimsical, colorful picture book that encourages children who are "selective" or picky eaters to develop creative eating strategies and expand their menus. Parents who are looking for resources to help their kids overcome selective eating issues will love the playful, stress-free approach The Three Little Sausages brings to the plate. Jaime Buckley's illustrations are colorful, bright, and filled with laugh-out-loud goofiness. Patrick Dorn's story reinforces the warm bonds of love and trust between parent and child, and the transforming power of imagination. You and your child will delight in Big Bad Nate's hilarious victory over breakfast. Buy this book today, and start enjoying meals with your picky eater again!
About the Author: Patrick Dorn, Author Some of Patrick's earliest memories are of lying on the floor of his bedroom reading the Junior Classics, Hardy Boys, superhero comic books, and anything to do with mythology. Torn between the lure of a life in the theatre and becoming a "creative writer," Patrick abandoned his leaky fountain pen for footlights and fame, eventually earning a Master's degree in Theatre from the University of Denver. He performed in dinner theatre and community productions, taught Drama and English Composition, and published more than 1,000 theatre reviews. He has approximately 40 published plays. Patrick's fiction writing interests include children's books and supernatural thrillers for adults. Patrick serves as a chaplain, providing spiritual health care to frail seniors. He is happily married to a real-life superhero named Abby, and likes to go for long walks with his Black Lab/Great Dane rescue dog Frankie. Check out Patrick's blog, plays, musicals, children's books and other fiction at www.PatrickDorn.com. Jaime Buckley, Illustrator Loving husband and father of 12 talented, brilliant and oftentimes sarcastic kids, Jaime Buckley has become the children's champion and a parents best friend. Author, illustrator & popular blogger, he writes about his exploits, sharing daily tips and techniques with readers. Jaime entertains the young and young-at-heart through epic fantasy and his off-the-wall parental cleverness. His focus and passion revolves around the potential of others. The underlaying theme of all his books, games and articles can be summed up in a single line: You are more than you think you are! Check out Jaime's site at www.wantedhero.com
