In der Wirtschaft und insbesondere in der Industrie ändern sich die Rahmenbedingungen ständig. In den letzten Jahren gab es rasch steigende Rohstoffpreise, die Emissionsgrenzwerte wurden geändert und sogar zum Handel freigegeben. Speziell bei der ABC AG fordern ein fast gescheitertes Projekt in Übersee, der steigende Wettbewerbsdruck und die durch den zukünftigen Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen eintretende Leistungsverdichtung zunehmend dazu auf, dass das Unternehmen noch leistungs- und wettbewerbsfähiger arbeitet. Momentan ist die Absicht der ABC AG, das große Portfolio anzupassen und Marktpositionen von strategisch wichtigen Segmenten zu festigen. Das geringere Angebot sowie die Teamorganisation sollen helfen, flexibel und schnell auf Kundenwünsche zu reagieren. Ein wichtiger Faktor für den Erfolg im Unternehmen ist eine effektive und moderne Mitarbeiterführung. Durch Delegation von Zielen, Handlungs- und Entscheidungsspielräumen werden die Vorgesetzten entlastet und die Motivation der Mitarbeiter gesteigert. Hoch- qualifizierte und motivierte Mit-arbeiter sind der Grundstein, um der Leistungsverdichtung der heutigen Zeit standzuhalten und dennoch den steigenden Kundenbedürfnissen, sowie den damit wachsenden technischen Herausforderungen zu entsprechen. Mitarbeitergespräche sind ein geeignetes Instrument um die Kommunikation und die Mitarbeiterbeteiligung an den Unternehmenszielen zu stärken. Diese Ziele hat sich die ABC AG laut einem internen Report selbst gesetzt. Es ist demnach wichtig, dass die Mitarbeiter mit ihrem Vor-gesetzten stets in einem strukturierten Austausch stehen.
