Die Ergebnisse früherer Untersuchungen über den Einfluß der Bearbeitung auf die Flankentragfähigkeit an Zahnrädern aus Ck 45 und Ck 60 wurden an Rädern aus dem Werkstoff 37 Cr 4 bestätigt. Durch Läppen und Schaben wurde eine beachtliche Steige- rung der Flankentragfähigkeit erzielt. Positiv profilverschobene Zahnräder weisen gegenüber vergleichbaren normalver- zahnten Rädern infolge der besseren Krümmungsverhältnisse eine höhere Flanken- tragfähigkeit auf. Durch Verzahnungsfehler geht dieser Vorteil wegen der kleineren Nachgiebigkeitswerte weitgehend verloren. Flankenrichtungsfehler im Getriebe setzen sich aus den aufgezeigten Fertigungs-und Montagefehlern zusammen und stehen in einem direkten Zusammenhang zum Ver- schleißverhalten eines Getriebes. Kinematische Fehler der Verzahnmaschine wirken sich dabei je nach Periodenzahl des Fehlers unterschiedlich auf dieFlankentragfähigkeitaus. Eine Balligausführung der Zahnflanken führt zunächst zu einer kleineren tragenden Flankenfläche, was erhöhte Zahnbeanspruchung und geringere Flankentragfähigkeit bedingt. Zahnrichtungsfehler im Getriebe können jedoch durch eine geeignete Ballig- bearbeitung ausgeglichen werden, wenn man auch von vornherein durch die Flanken- balligkeit mit einer kleineren Belastbarkeit zu rechnen hat. Innere dynamische Zusatzkräfte treten abhängig von der Umfangs geschwindigkeit auch in fehlerfreien Getrieben auf, werden jedoch durch Verzahnungsfehler erheblich vergrößert. Diese dynamische Belastung in einem Zahnradgetriebe resultiert aus dem Zusammen- wirken des Feder-Massen-Systems und den verschiedenen Quellen der Schwingungs- erregung, wie das behandelte Beispiel zeigte. Das beschriebene mathematische Modell gibt ein zuverlässiges Bild der gesamten dy- namischen Belastung über den ganzen Drehzahlbereich, falls die Erregerquellen einiger- maßen genau erfaßt werden können. Im Resonanzbereich wird die dynamische Belastung grundsätzlich durch die veränder- liche Zahnsteifigkeit verursacht.
