About the Author: Manuel E. Prieto Méndez, es Doctor en Ciencias. Profesor Honorífico de la Universidad de Castila-La Mancha (UCLM) en el Instituto de Tecnología y Sistemas de Información. Ha sido Profesor Titular de Universidad de la UCLM en el Área de Lenguajes y Sistemas Informáticos, desde 1997. Profesor invitado en universidades de varios países de América y de Europa. Es fundador de la Comunidad Internacional para el Avance de la Tecnología en el Aprendizaje (CIATA-org), sociedad científica internacional. Fundador de la Red Iberoamericana de Informática Educativa (RIBIE) y revisor de la Eruopean SchoolNet. Autor de más de 130 artículos, ponencias en congresos y libros. Es miembro numerario de la American Computer Machinery y de la Society for the History of Thechnology. Silvia J. Pech Campos, es Licenciada en Psicología, Doctora en Filosofía y Ciencias de la Educación, por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) y con otros posgrados en Educación. Actualmente es Profesora Asociada en la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM). Ha sido Profesora Investigadora Titular C de Tiempo Completo, en la Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán (UADY), donde desempeñó funciones de docente, investigadora y de gestión en educación superior, como Directora de la Facultad de Educación y Coordinadora General de Educación Superior, entre otros. Ha desempeñado docencia de grado y posgrado, en Psicología de la Educación, Currículo e instrucción, Evaluación de programas y centros educativos, uso de las TIC en Educación. Ha liderado proyectos de investigación y desarrollo en Innovación Educativa y de recursos TIC para profesores. Ha dirigido tesis de posgrado, así como trabajos de fin de grado en Educación.
