English summary: The effect of curricular policies on team development has been a little-investigated area of physical education. In order to be able to initiate a successful process of team development, instructional elements are used to the significant degree, which makes possible the valuable element of cooperation and interdependence among the students which then enhances the procedural-structural elements of instruction. Alexandra Volk, Manfred Wegner and Volker Scheid design an experience oriented instructional arrangement, in which the group phase and the needs of teammates are central elements on the way to initiating a performance-oriented team building process. The instructional ideas pursue the goal of creating positive group connections on the one hand and to improve the common efforts of the group. The results show how the instructional arrangement for team development supports the learning process in a systematic manner. A final, theory-based evaluation provides perspectives for the development of a sports-educational curriculum, through which the social learning process should be initiated. This work, the third volume of the series Research in Physical Education, describes an experimental study on Team Development in Physical Education, by Alexandra Volk, Manfred Wegner and Volker Sheid. In this study, a theory-based framework integrates group-psychological insights concerning the idea of a nurturing physical education program and in an instructional arrangement similarly integrates team-development. The results of the innovative curricular ideas are explained and supported through the accompanying experimental study. German description: Die Wirkung von Unterrichtskonzepten zur Teamentwicklung im Sportunterricht ist ein bislang wenig erforschtes Thema. Um gelingende Teamentwicklungsprozesse auslosen zu konnen, sind auf inhaltlicher Ebene Unterrichtselemente zu nutzen, welche eine positive Interdependenz der Lernenden ermoglichen. Daneben sind prozessual-strukturierte Gestaltungsaspekte zu berucksichtigen. Alexandra Volk, Manfred Wegner und Volker Scheid entwerfen ein erlebnispadagogisch orientiertes Lernarrangement, welches die Gruppenphasen und Bedurfnisse der Gruppenmitglieder in den Mittelpunkt stellt, um auf diesem Wege einen performing-orientierten Gruppenprozess zu initiieren. Das Lernkonzept verfolgte zum einen die Zielsetzung, positive Gruppenbeziehungen zu initiieren und zum anderen die kooperative Gruppenleistung zu verbessern. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, wie das Lernarrangement zur Teamentwicklung soziale Lernprozesse in systematischer Weise unterstutzt. Eine abschliessende theoriegeleitete Bewertung gibt Perspektiven fur die Gestaltung eines Sportunterrichts, mit welchem soziale Lernprozesse in Gruppen veranlasst werden sollen.Der dritte Band der Reihe Schulsportforschung beschreibt eine experimentelle Schulsportstudie zur "Teamentwicklung im Sportunterricht" von Alexandra Volk, Manfred Wegner und Volker Scheid. In dieser werden in einem theoretischen Rahmen gruppenpsychologische Erkenntnisse auf das Konzept eines Erziehenden Sportunterrichts ubertragen und in ein Lernarrangement zur Teamentwicklung uberfuhrt. Die Wirksamkeit des Unterrichtskonzepts wird anhand einer experimentellen Studie untersucht und beschrieben.
