Dr. Jyotsna Saxena had consistent brilliant academic career besides being a Gold Medalist. She had post graduation degree in organic Chemistry from Lucknow University and that in Education from Kanpur University. She was a awarded D.Phil degree in Education from Garhwal University. She has twenty three years experience of teaching degree & P.G classes in Govt aided P.G. College at Dehradun and is presently Associate Professor there. She has supervised about fifty dissertations of M.Ed and M.Phil besides many thesis of Ph.D scholars. She has also evaluated the thesis work of Ph.D scholars of different universities and is associated with Dehradun centre of Indira Gandhi National Open University. Dr. Saxena is life member of Indian Association of Teacher Educators (IATE), Council for Teacher Educators (CTE), and Bhartiya Shiksha Shodh Sansthan Lucknow. Besides she is the Chairperson of CTE centre of Uttarakhand State as well as that of Dehradun unit of Bhartiya Shiksha Shodh Sansthan. She is voluntarily participating in different educational activities of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. Dr. Saxena has participated in over fifty seminars held at different places and has the credit of organizing two National Workshops, two National and one International Seminars at Hardwar and Dehradun. She was awarded the Certificate of Honour by I.A.T.E for the year 2008-09 for her extraordinary academic accomplishment. She has chaired many technical sessions and acted as Resource Person in many seminars. Number of papers written by her have been published in reputed National and International Journals and Books. Her eight books have been published so far. She had visited London in 1999 by way of winning L. G. Electronic Company Quiz Contest.

Ketika Tyagi was born in 1982 and did her master's degree in commerce and education from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut followed by NET in education. Her dissertation in M.Ed was a funded minor project of UGC. She has worked in a national seminar as organizing secretary. Presently she is pursuing research on 'A Study on confluence of constructivism in teaching on academic achievement, creative thinking and academic achievement, creative thinking and academic motivation of primary class students'. She has presented more than twenty four papers in various national and international seminars, workshops and conferences. She is a member of “Learning Community (Association for learner).” She is associated with various organizations related to teacher education and research.

Bijendra Kumar did his master's degree in History and Education from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut followed by NET in education. He did M.Phil in Education from IASE University Sardarshar. He is working as a teacher educator from last five years in reputed D.N. (P.G.) College, Meerut. He has presented many papers in National and International seminar. He is Associated with The Learning community (Association for Learners) and many other Association of Teacher Education.
