About the Author: Rebekah is a writer, teacher and holistic practitioner born and raised near the rivers and woods around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has a particular love for helping people discover their own path to healing themselves so that they can be empowered, complete people with the ability to share those experiences with those they encounter and lead them to their own healing. Rebekah is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Embody Healing, LLC, a company that brings holistic health options and education to people of all backgrounds, and the developer of Unified Energy Therapy, a theory of energy healing and holistic health practices that combines nearly two dozen traditions and practices into one unified system. Rebekah's diverse background results in a unique blend of multiple cultural and theoretical approaches to healing and health on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. She has an extensive education combined with years of practice in many holistic fields like Spiritual Counseling and Psychology, Western Herbalism, Nutrition, and others.
