In Anbetracht der Vielzahl an Gesprächsformen hat sich der Autor gezielt für das Mitarbeiterjahresgespräch als eine mögliche Form von dienstlicher Kommunikation und sozialer Interaktion zwischen Vorgesetztem und Angestellten entschieden. Es finden sich einzelne Begriffserklärungen sowie eine theoretische Auseinandersetzung mit dem Themenkomplex des Mitarbeiterjahresgesprächs. Daran anschließend findet eine Auseinandersetzung mit den Fragetechniken sowie deren kontextbezogene Verwendung statt. Zum Ende der Arbeit findet die Frage nach dem Nutzen dieser systemischen Methode auf Grundlage der Kommunikation Beantwortung. Die Bedeutung von Mitarbeitergesprächen hat im sozialpädagogischen Sektor in den vergangenen Jahren deutlich zugenommen. Nach Bartscher belegen neuste Untersuchungen, die weite Verbreitung dieses Instrumentes der Personalführung in deutschen Betrieben. Unterdessen steigen hierzulande stetig die Anforderungen an die Leitungskräfte in sozialpädagogischen Arbeitsfeldern, wie der institutionellen Tagesbetreuung von Kindern in Kindertageseinrichtung. Die Umsetzung von Leitungsaufgaben ist nach Strehmel/Ulber durch Erwartungen des Trägers, der Einrichtung, der Mitarbeiter*innen und weiteren Akteurinnen und Akteuren (Eltern, Jugendamt, Politik) im System beeinflusst. Strehmel/Ulber sind der Ansicht, dass Führung einerseits bedeutet, andere in ihrem Verhalten zu beeinflussen und damit strukturelle Macht auszuüben. Anderseits sei Führung im Sinne einer guten pädagogischen Qualität nicht ohne die Akzeptanz der Mitarbeiter*innen möglich. Stichwort: Führung durch Menschen, die laut Strehmel/Ulber in direkter sozialer Interaktion stattfindet, z.B.
