The author holds a diploma in neuro-linguistic programming, transactional analysis, psychodrama, expressive arts therapy, hypnotherapy, emotional freedom technique, and several meditations and healing techniques. Professionally, she has been a life coach and a behavioural trainer for the past 30 years.
