"no hay un bien absoluto, por lo que concebirá el bien como la perfección a la que tiende cada cosa (cada cosa tendrá, pues, su propio bien, su perfección)" y es esa definición la que encuentro a medida para sumergirnos en las letras de Luis Pabón que nos muestra un protagonista en una diaria lucha con estas, y permítaseme llamarlas, entidades, pues una de ellas será el Ángel que permanece al lado como una voz que está constantemente socavando cada segundo de su existencia, y el Demonio que lo lleva a pasar de víctima a juez y verdugo sin el más mínimo síntoma de arrepentimiento.El autor nos lleva de la mano a la incertidumbre, a ser cubiertos por las sombras, desde la primera página al ver a este niño recibir el peor de los castigos, el de ser poseído por su propia sangre; a tal punto de llegar a morder las ataduras más crueles del destino y cuestionarnos si ese Dios de amor que todo lo ve y que nos guarda del mal nos dio la espalda, nos dejó a la deriva del dolor y de las bajezas humanas, de las garras profanadoras del alma, de esos demonios que nos acompañarán por el resto de nuestras existencias.Quizás cada uno de nosotros nos sintamos un poco Daniel y caigamos en ese estado de perversión y culpabilidad, de las ganas de hacerlo y de impedirlo, de ejecutar y no arrepentirnos de lo que hicimos, a medida que avanzamos en estas letras descubrimos esa eterna guerra, que, según los libros antiguos y sagrados, tiene como destino el universo desde que fue creado.
