Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2023 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Der Lehrer / Pädagoge, Note: 1, Pädagogische Hochschule Kärnten Viktor Frankl Hochschule (Institut Fachwissenschaft, Fachdidaktik und Pädagogik der Sekundarstufe AB), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Lehrpersonen gelten weltweit, wie diverse Forschungsbefunde verdeutlichen, als besonders belastete Berufsgruppe. Neben der eigentlichen Unterrichtstätigkeit sind sie mit zusätzlichen Aufgaben wie der Ausbildung von Lehramtsstudierenden im Rahmen einer Mentoringtätigkeit konfrontiert. Die Kombination aus hohen Erwartungen, zeitlichem Druck als auch damit einhergehenden komplexen Anforderungen kann dabei zu einem erhöhten Stresserleben bei Ausbildungslehrpersonen führen. Ziel der vorliegenden Masterarbeit ist es somit, das subjektive Stresserleben von Mentorinnen und Mentoren der Sekundarstufe I und II im Entwicklungsverbund Süd-Ost zu ermitteln und mögliche Faktoren, die zum Stresserleben im Mentoringprozess beitragen bzw. dieses beeinflussen, zu identifizieren. Daher wird der Forschungsfrage nachgegangen, inwiefern sich bei Ausbildungslehrpersonen der Sekundarstufe I und II im Entwicklungsverbund Süd-Ost ein subjektives Stresserleben abbilden lässt. Zur Beantwortung dieser Forschungsfrage wurde eine quantitative Online-Befragung durchgeführt. Die Stichprobe umfasste dabei insgesamt 143 Mentorinnen und Mentoren der Sekundarstufe I und II aus den Bundesländern Kärnten und Steiermark. Die Ergebnisse dieser Untersuchung verdeutlichen ein sehr niedriges subjektives Stresserleben bei Mentorinnen und Mentoren des Entwicklungsverbundes Süd-Ost. Dieses weist jedoch einen Zusammenhang mit den Faktoren der Berufserfahrung, dem Schultyp als auch dem Unterrichtsfach auf. Des Weiteren zeigt sich im Rahmen dessen, dass Ausbildungslehrpersonen diesem Stresserleben überwiegend mit problem- sowie emotionsorientierten Copingstrategien wie dem Austausch im Kollegium, der gezielten Problemlösung, dem Überspielen von Stress und der Kompen
