Wissenschaftlicher Aufsatz aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Erwachsenenbildung, Note: 1,3, Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt eine gruppendynamische Störung an einer realen Fallsituation dar und zeigt Möglichkeiten pädagogischer Interventionen. Zur Analyse der reellen Fallsituation wird das erweiterte Gruppenphasenmodell von Tuckman und die Themenzentrierte Interaktion von Ruth Cohn genutzt. Als Pflegepädagogin in einer Krankenpflegeschule arbeite ich mit meinen Kollegen nach dem Lernfeldkonzept. Beim Lernfeldkonzept wird der übliche Fächerkanon verlassen und stattdessen mit Lernfeldern gearbeitet. Ein Lernfeld setzt sich aus Lernsituationen zusammen, die den herkömmlichen Unterrichtsfächern wie z.B. Pflege und Bezugswissenschaften entnommen sind. Die Unterrichtsgestaltung ist durch ein handlungsorientiertes Lehren und Lernen gekennzeichnet und das Konzept sieht eine Theorie-Praxis-Vernetzung vor. Um das Konzept mit den unterschiedlichen Methoden und den Ansätzen umsetzen zu können, ist es meine Aufgabe, die Dynamik einer Gruppe zu beobachten und zu berücksichtigen. Das Thema "Störungen der Gruppendynamik und Möglichkeiten einer (erwachsenen-) pädagogischen Intervention" spielt in meinem beruflichen Arbeitsfeld also eine bedeutende Rolle, weil die Effektivität der Lehr-/Lernveranstaltung von der Gruppendynamik abhängig ist. Wenn gruppendynamische Störungen aufgetreten sind, steht das soziale Lernen im Vordergrund, das in diesem Fall von mir als Gruppenleitung angeregt werden sollte. Die einzelnen Gruppenmitglieder sollten dabei die Möglichkeit haben, ihren eigenen Gruppenprozess und ihre eigene Befindlichkeit zu reflektieren. Diese Kommunikation auf der Metaebene fördert die sozial-kommunikative und personelle Kompetenz der Teilnehmer.
