The fundamental objective of phenomenol ' phenomena' mean anything that can be perceived the

that are directly presented to one's consciousness4. as ourselves, our own conscious experience,

distinguishingcharacteristicof conscious experience which indicates thefirst person's perspective
of experience. Therefore, the main focus of phenomenology is on one's own experience or one's own
consciousness. It not only includes the passive experiences like perceiving a tree or hearing a
music but also active experiences like walking, jumpingor kicking etc. In this way, one experiences
them, live through them and also act upon them.5,
