Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Interkulturelle Pädagogik, Note: 1, Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen (Erziehungswissenschaft), Veranstaltung: Heterogene Lebenswelten von Jugendlichen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit soll die Studie Pädagogik der Vielfalt. Verschiedenheit und Gleichberechtigung in Interkultureller, Feministischer und Integrativer Pädagogik von Annedore Prengel zusammenfassend wiedergegeben und im Zusammenhang mit der Resonanz in der erziehungswissenschaftlichen Forschung vor allem bezüglich pädagogischer Praxis näher untersucht werden. Die Verfasserin der Studie, Annedore Prengel, ist z. Z. Professorin für Erziehungswissenschaft an der Universität Potsdam, wobei "Grundschulpädagogik [bzw. der] Anfangsunterricht unter besonderer Berücksichtigung sozialen Lernens und der Integration Behinderter" ihr Fachgebiet ist. Die Fragen einer Pädagogik der Vielfalt, wie sie Prengel untersucht, sind demnach primär vom Forschungsgebiet der Grundschule aus erforscht, sollen aber laut Prengel auch allgemeingültige Ergebnisse erzielen. Der Begriff Pädagogik der Vielfalt, dem sich Prengel widmet, wurde von Preuss-Lausitz gebildet und u. a. auf dem Bundesgrundschulkongress 1999 diskutiert. Dem Thema der Vielfalt kommt also innerhalb der Erziehungswissenschaft immer mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu und es wird durch Prengel in Bezug auf aktuelle postmoderne Bedingungen und anhand der dialektischen Bestimmung von Gleichheit und Verschiedenheit sowie mit der Berücksichtigung von drei aktuellen pädagogischen Bewegungen diskursiv fundiert. Folgend soll für einen ersten Einblick in die Studie mit ihrer zentralen Fragestellung sowie in die wichtigsten theoretischen und methodischen Zusammenhänge eine inhaltliche Gliederung wiedergeben werden. Auf der Basis dieser Übersicht kann im Anschluss näher auf die zentralen Aspekte ihres Vorgehens eingegangen werden, wobei dann deutlich wird, wie sie zu ihren Ergebnissen kommt, die daraufhin genannt werden.
