Team- und Gruppenarbeit, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Unternehmen befinden sich seit geraumer Zeit in einer Phase der ständigen äußeren und inneren Unsicherheit. Sie reagieren darauf mit Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen ihrer Organisation. Die alten, bürokratisch-tayloristischen Organisationsformen haben nun ausgedient und werden durch neue, flexiblere, produktivere und innovationsfähigere Organisationsformen ersetzt, um besser mit den neuen Rahmenbedingungen umgehen zu können. Die Lösungswege lauten Dezentralisierung, Enthierarchisierung und Gruppenarbeit. Diese neuen Strukturen führen jedoch auch zu neuen Problemen, deren Ursachen meist darin gesehen werden, dass es lediglich Einführungsprobleme seien, dass der neue Weg falsch und halbherzig begangen werde und dass die Beschäftigten aufgrund ihrer Sozialisation die nötigen Fähigkeiten für die neuen Strukturen (noch) nicht beherrschten. Daneben wird jedoch oft übersehen, dass die neuen Organisationsformen auch strukturelle Probleme und Widersprüche in sich tragen, die sich nicht etwa durch psychologische Trainings zur Steigerung der Teamfähigkeit beseitigen lassen. So müssen beispielsweise autonome Sub-Einheiten koordiniert werden, um die Ziele des Gesamtunternehmens nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren, was nur mit Widersprüchen vereinbar ist. Um diese der Struktur inhärenten Probleme geht es hier. Zunächst geht der Artikel auf die traditionelle, tayloristische Organisationsform ein, anschließend wird der Wandel der Rahmenbedingungen untersucht, welcher zur Krise der alten und zum Erstarken der neuen Organisationsformen führte. Diese neuen Organisationsformen werden beschrieben und anschließend auf ihre Ambivalenzen hin untersucht, was die Kernfrage des Artikels darstellt.
