The StressBuster's Guide to Whole Body Health! is a coloring workbook for parents and their children. It is intended to help children six, seven, and eight years of age learn to communicate their feelings, eat nutritionally, exercise every day, and, most importantly, set boundaries for themselves and those around them. It is also important for them to know that there is always a power greater than themselves who will always love and guide them through their life! The book is a preventive for the common stress-related illnesses, unhealthy eating, low self-esteem, and a feeling of hopelessness when children become teenagers. This book is meant to give all children a sense of wellbeing, self-love, communication skills, nutrition, and the desire to be kind to others.
