Bodo Müller bezieht den Rang des Marketing Director in der Vertriebsabteilung Deutschland der Gesundheits- und Medizintechnik AG. Er möchte einen strategischen Wandel implementieren und dafür gibt es folgende Gründe: 1. Der stetige Wandel des Gesundheitswesen fordert einen strategischen Wandel des Unternehmens. Es ist wichtig für Ärztehäuser und Krankenhäuser wirtschaftlicher zu arbeiten, was Beschaffungen angeht. Aufgrund dessen wurde die Aufgabe der Beschaffung immer mehr weg von den Ärzten und hin zu den Administratoren gebracht. Daher muss nun eine anders Strategie angewandt werden, da man sich nicht mehr auf die Leistung der Geräte verlassen kann. Die Administratoren haben voraussichtlich nicht das gleiche Verständnis über die Geräte, sondern sehen womöglich die Anschaffung über den finanziellen Aspekt. 2. Die Gesamtausgaben in Bezug auf medizinische Geräte liegen seit einigen Jahren auf einem konstanten Niveau. Das bedeutet, dass obwohl mehr Gesundheitsausgaben erfolgen, diese nicht in medizinische Geräte investiert werden. Ein weiterer Grund hierfür ist das sehr langsam wachsende Bruttoinlandsprodukt, welches von 10,9% im Jahr 2011 auf lediglich 11,0% (2012) und 11,2% im Jahr 2013 gestiegen ist. 3. Die niedrige staatliche Finanzierung der Krankenhäuser ist ein weiterer Grund für den gewollten Wandel. Au
