(Albert Einstein) Mit diesem Zitat möchte ich in die Hausarbeit einleiten. Vorgefasste Meinungen sprich Vorurteile sind allgegenwärtig und scheinbar universell, wie Atome. Jeder Mensch hat Vorurteile. Gute wie schlechte. Bewusste wie Unbewusste. Doch wie kann es sein, dass uns Vorurteile zu diskriminierenden Verhalten gegenüber Minderheiten führen? Warum sind die Sichtweisen vieler Menschen so eingeengt? Wie entstehen Vorurteile? - Besonders in der Erziehung von Kindern zu Heranwachsenden, wo der Einfluss der Eltern und derer Umgebung als Vorbildsfunktion am höchsten ist, sagen Wissenschaftler ist eine Übertragung von Vorurteilen durchaus möglich . Doch mit zunehmender Reife sollten vorgefertigte Meinungen und Werte kritisch reflektiert und damit auf ihre Richtigkeit überprüft werden. Die Geschichte hat uns die Wichtigkeit des Sachverhaltes gelehrt, da ohne einem bestehenden Vorurteilsbewusstsein Gefahr besteht, dass "totalitäre Bewegungen und ihre Propaganda [...an...] erheblichem Umfang annehmen". Besonders Deutschland ist in diesem Punkt ein trauriges Beispiel. Doch was kann getan werden? Mit dieser Frage beschäftigen sich seit langen unterschiedlichsten Wissenschaften, da der Gegenstand des Vorurteilens und der Diskriminierung verschiedene Ebenen des Daseins betrifft.
