Hierzu müssen neue innovative Unternehmenskonzepte geschaffen werden, welche den aktuellen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden müssen. Die speziellen Anforderungen an verschiedene Industrien sollen in dieser Hausarbeit anhand von Unternehmen dargestellt werden die in ihren Branchen führend sind. Besonderes Augenmerk soll hierbei auf der weltweite Verbreitung und die damit verbundenen Strategien liegen. An den verschiedenen Fallbeispielen soll geprüft werden, welche Faktoren für die jeweilige Industrie auch im Prozess der Globalisierung unverrückbar bleiben und welche Faktoren eine Strategieanpassung des Unternehmens im neuen Wettbewerb bedeutsam machen. Eine Einführung in die allgemeine Thematik soll für die folgenden Fallbeispiele sensibilisieren. In jedem der Beispiele aus den Geschäftsfeldern Automobilbau, Elektrotechnik/Computer, Chemie und Pharma soll ein eigenes Fazit gezogen werden um die Arbeit daraufhin mit einem Vergleich der einzelnen Branchen zu schließen.
