So, if organization can have one efficient strategic plan, then it will raise ability to learn knowledge management skill to solve any human resource, strategic management etc. challenges more easily.For example, Walt Disney entertainment theme park, which had innovated one efficient knowledge management strategy to reduce visitors' complains and dissatisfaction, such as designing fast ticket queue system, which can reduce visitors' queue time. Although, admission fee is more expensive to compare to normal ticket buyers. But who can choose not to need to wait long time to queue to play more than one kind entertainment facility to play. If who can come back the prior entertainment facility queue within one hour, who do not need to queue again to play the prior entertainment facility. So, who can reduce queue time to chose to play any prior queue entertainment facilities within one hour coming back, who will feel more satisfactory to spend loss queue working time to play different entertainment facilities. Also, when any visitors feel need to enquire how to go to anywhere, who can find cleaners to enquire how to go anywhere conveniently and easily. Because the cleaners will give map to indicate any location to let who to know. So, any visitors do not need to spend much to find to any visible map noticeboard to find location.
