Ulf Troppens currently works for the SAN/ Total Storage Interoprability Center at IBM. He has previous experience in system administration and distributed applications, regularly giving talks and lectures to customers and colleagues. He has written a number of articles and papers on storage networks for iX, Germany's leading technical computer magazine.
