Chapter 7 is all about acknowledging and celebrating your organic journey and in lucky Chapter 8, you'll find my top suggestions and resources to help you fast track your journey to make the entire process quicker and easier.

There are small action steps for you to take along the way and you'll be given all the tools and resources you need. You'll get the most out of this book by engaging actively and DOING rather than just reading.
