About the Book

What does Biblical Prophecy says about the outcome of a potential war between Israel and Iran? How does Biblical Prophecy define the roles that will be played by the United States, the United Kingdom and Russia in an Israel-Iran War? And how will God's intervention prevent a nuclear war but change the world as we know it today? How will the food shortages that follows the war affect geo-political alignment of nations and lead to a new world order? This book outlines how Biblical Prophecy predicted the punishment of the Kingdoms of Israel Judah and foretold their being brought back together after 2,300 years. Specific Bible Prophecies are used to show that God's commitment to Abraham was divided by Israel (Jacob) between Judah and the sons of Joseph: Manasseh and Ephraim. Other prophecies tell us that in the latter days (the present time - just before the return of Jesus the Christ), the twelve tribes of Israel will be gathered from the many nations of the world into which God scattered them and become two family groups. The tribes of Judah and Benjamin will be gathered into the area around Jerusalem (the current State of Israel) and the tribes associated with Ephraim will includes the older mighty nation that represents the tribe of Manasseh and the younger "group of nations" representing the tribes associated with Ephraim. It documents the 2,300 year disbursement for Manasseh and Ephraim started about 300 years prior to the disbursement of the tribe of Judah and should have ended about 300 years prior to the return of the Judah to Palestine. We now know that the Replacement Theology of the Catholic Church, which stated that the twelve tribes of Israel would never be gathered by the Lord: the ten tribes would be lost forever, and the tribe if Judah would never return as a sovereign nation around Jerusalem, was proven to be incorrect in 1948-73 when the State of Israel regained control of Jerusalem. Does this imply that the "ten lost tribes" were gathered from the nations of the world into "their own land" in the period 300 years prior to 1948? In Dr. Underwood's book, Biblical Prophecies related to the tribes of Manasseh and Ephraim are examined as they relate to World History in the period after 1578 BC to the present, to determine if God did in fact gather the tribes of Manasseh into a great nation that other nations bow down to, and if the tribe of Ephraim is, in fact, gathered into a "family of nations" that has become even more powerful than the mighty nation of Manasseh - without the nation of Manasseh being defeated in war. Are we on the verge of seeing the sun disappear and a three year winter of the type caused by the volcano at Krakatoa in 1883? Will it be the cause of a worldwide famine that will kill a quarter of the world's population? And will it cause a rise of a new world order in which people will sacrifice their freedoms for food and energy? If God continues to bless the US, the UK and Israel, will those without food and energy resort to military action to bring about a more equitable distribution of the world food supply and it supplies of gas and oil? How long will it take the nations who do not have an adequate supply of food and energy to build a military capable of challenging an alliance of the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel? Can capitalism and democracy survive in a world that does not have enough food and where the food that is grown does not have even the semblance of an equitable distribution? Will the United States survive a United Nations' attempt to bring about a equalization of the food supply, the energy supply, the wealth of the nations, and end the military dominance of the English Speaking World? This thought provoking and Biblically based book tackles these difficult questions, providing an historical framework that poses answers that will cause theologians, the faithful - and even agnostics - to rethink conventional interpretations of coming events.
