Wissenschaftlicher Aufsatz aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Physik - Mechanik, Beuth Hochschule für Technik Berlin (Bionic Research Unit), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Untersuchung des NACA-Standardprofils NACA0016 hinsichtlich der Transitions- und Separationseigenschaften unter Variation der Anströmrichtung mit potentialtheroretischen Methoden werden generelle Erläuterungen zu laminaren und turbulenten Grenzschichten vorangestellt. Es sollen in dieser Arbeit Methoden bereitgestellt werden, die erste Aussagen über das Stallverhalten von Profilen für Leit- und Steuertragflächen von Seefahrzeugen liefern. Die Methoden werden an einem Standardprofil der vierstelligen NACA-Reihe erprobt und sollen fürderhin geeignet sein, synthetische Profile für Kraft- und Arbeitstragflächen in unterschiedlichen Medien zu untersuchen. Es zeigt sich, dass die Aussagekraft von Strömungssimulationen mit der Potentialtheorie dort beschränkt ist, wo eine Korrelation der Transitions- und Separationseigenschaften auf einer Tragflächen-Profiloberfläche mit phänomenologischen Stallkriterien, etwa dem "Einbruch" der Quer- oder Auftriebskraft am Tragflügel hergestellt werden soll. Integral- und Mittelwerte stellen aber äußerst hilfreiche erste Informationen bei der Entwicklung synthetischer Profile für Kraft- und Arbeitstragflächen von Leit- und Steuertragflächen von Seefahrzeugen dar.

He is spokesman at the BIONIC RESEARCH Unit at the University of Applied Sciences Berlin and lecturer for Bionic Engineering at the Industrial Design Institute of the University of Applied Sciences in Magdeburg.
