Dabei steht die Bank als Unternehmung in ständigen Kontakt mit verschiedenen internen oder externen Personengruppen wie beispielsweise Kunden, Mitarbeitern oder Eigenkapitalgebern. Es lässt sich unterstellen, dass Banken, wie jedes Unternehmen, gegründet werden, um Werte zu schaffen. Bei Präzision dieser Funktion stellen sich allerdings die Fragen, welche Art von Wert für wen und auf welche Weise geschaffen werden soll. Bilden die Sicherung der Existenz und der ökonomische Erfolg für die Kreditinstitute die obersten Maximen, dann ergibt sich das Problem, dass die Personengruppen, die zur Erfüllung dieser Ziele beitragen, ganz unterschiedliche Vorstellungen von Wert für die Aufrechterhaltung ihrer Beziehungen zur Bank zugrunde legen. Soll der ökonomische Erfolg gesteigert werden und will sich ein Kreditinstitut entsprechend am Markt positionieren, dann wird die Analyse dieser Beziehungen sowie die Berücksichtigung der Wertvorstellungen dieser Gruppen in der Geschäftspolitik zum strategischen Erfolgsfaktor eines modernen Managements. Zielsetzung dieser Arbeit ist es, die Bedeutung des in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre bereits bekannten Stakeholder Ansatzes für die unternehmerische Neuorientierung und das Management komplexer Beziehungsnetzwerke aufzuzeigen sowie die Konzeption, angepasst auf institutsgruppenspezifische Belange, auf den Organisationstyp der Kreditgenossenschaft zu übertragen. Eine Analyse der strategisch relevanten Personengruppen sowie die Berücksichtigung deren Wertvorstellungen soll deren Erfolgs-steigerungspotential
