About the Book

Sport has memories of multiple births. She remembers flights through space and vistas of vibrant silo cities in colorful, faraway lands. People she invents in imagination come alive. Her parents and educators think she's crazy. Her 1986 road trip is disastrous, and Sport, the cheerful school teacher, is refused help again and again. People gossip that she ages too slowly. Her admirers have questions to which Sport has no answers. But a child savant helps her understand her destiny.
About the Author: M. J. Scott (U.S.A.) is a country girl who has climbed mountains, has placed her bare feet in all 50 states, and has lived a life of unique joy in personal and professional endeavors. Marilyn studied education at Manchester College, earning her BS in Education and following with her MA in Mass Communications at Norfolk State University. She completed all but her dissertation in the doctoral program of Education Administration at California Coast University. A retired gifted-students-teacher, she began her career working at Dr. Albert Schweitzer Elementary School in Anaheim, California. Later she spent 20 years in education in the public-school systems of two Virginia cities. In more recent years, Marilyn has had a photography and video business and has done philanthropic work. In 2015, she became co-founder of The Writer's Council, an organization serving to encourage aspiring writers to achieve their dreams to become published. Prior to her publication of her first novel, Sport's Alien Fantasy, the author published four books dealing with personal and spiritual fulfillment and travels of earth and awareness. Sport's Alien Fantasy was first written by M. J. Scott in rough draft form in 1986. Her editor and publisher, Daniel Wetta, recognized the extraordinary story within its pages and corroborated with her to show its relevance to today's digitally connected world. The authors and the publisher believe that global connections and disconnections so prevalent in our lives currently had their beginnings in the mid-1980s. Because of this corroboration, Sport found a new beginning and ending. She lives to be, perhaps, the extraterrestrial being who can teach us what we need to know to master living and loving one another on our stressed planet. Daniel Wetta is a retired CPA who spent most of his career in the health care field. For 20 years he was the CFO and CEO of a Virginia hospital and nursing home. He wrote short stories as a young man. He received his undergraduate degree in history at William and Mary. He went to graduate school at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he got a post-baccalaureate certificate in accounting and then his MBA from the University of Dallas. He is a life-long lover of Corvettes, Las Vegas, and living on the edge. He is passionate about U. S. and Mexican history, the Spanish language, and social media. More can be known about Daniel and his books, publishing, editing and marketing services at www.danielwetta.com.
