About the Author
When Tuesday Mourning was a little girl, she knew she wanted to be an artist when she grew up. Now, she is an illustrator who lives in Utah. She especially loves illustrating books for kids and teenagers. When she isnt illustrating, Tuesday loves spending time with her husband, who is an actor, and their children. Leigh McDonald loves books! Whether she is writing them, reading them, editing them, or designing their covers, books are what she does best. She lives in a colorful bungalow in Tucson, Arizona with her husband, Porter, her two daughters, Adair and Faye, and two big, crazy dogs, Roscoe and Rosie. Katie Wood fell in love with drawing when she was very small. Since graduating from Loughborough University School of Art and Design in 2004, she has been living her dream working as a freelance illustrator. From her studio in Leicester, England, she creates bright and lively illustrations for books and magazines all over the world. Margaret Gurevich has wanted to be a writer since second grade and loves writing for kids of all ages. She has written for many magazines including Girls Life, SELF, and Ladies Home Journal. Her first YA novel, Inconvenient, was a Sydney Taylor Notable Book for Teens, and her second novel, Pieces of Us, garnered positive reviews from Kirkus, Voya, and Publishers Weekly, which called it painfully believable. When not writing, Margaret enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, watching too much television, and spending time with her husband and son. Emma Carlson Berne has written more than a dozen books for children and young adults, including teen romance novels, biographies, and history books. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, Aaron, her son, Henry, and her dog, Holly.
