About the Book

"The mists are the place where this world meets all the others. The worlds you once knew, the ones you more often than not got told did not exist, until you talked yourself out of seeing. Unless you are a bit like me and refused to let go...." So begins The Spirit of Flying - Soft spoken Realitales from other realms. It tells of first-hand experiences with the unseen worlds, ghosts, extra terrestrials, and more in a world which spans dimensions, lifetimes, and even planets. In the 1970's Nancy Tappe identified a new group of children being born as Indigo, a term which has rapidly spread around the world ever since. Much has been written in recent years about the indigo children but what about the indigo adults who paved the way? The author of this book is one of those, and goes in search of the "something more, somewhere out there", a feeling shared by so many at this time. Growing up she slowly came to recognize she had levels of awareness than no-one around her shared and could hear things others apparently could not. Only as an adult in her 40s did she realize she was an "indigo," one of a generation of people with unusual talents and abilities, yet who rarely fit neatly into societal roles. The book The Spirit of Flying is the inspiring story of how she learned to embrace these challenges, walk between worlds, found her voice and identity. Look at the concept of "disclosure" in a whole new light and discover new realms of knowledge and find out that you may not be as far from this phenomena as you may think. A new time is emerging!
About the Author: At the time of publishing The Spirit of Flying, Liz Rosales, her husband and their beloved cat Milou live on a small island of the east coast where the first sun-rays of the day hits Mexico, something she's only seen a handful of times... She loves the sound of the wind, the smell of rain, coffee, and printed books - preferably all at once. At one time or another she has been a silver-smith, artist, magazine editor, graphic designer, worked in repro-graphics and in finance, and a wide variety of insignificant temp-jobs . Growing up she slowly came to recognise she had levels of awareness than no-one around her shared and could hear things others apparently could not. Only as an adult in her 40s did she realize she was an "indigo," one of a generation of people with unusual talents and abilities, yet who rarely fit neatly into societal roles. She is a soft-spoken, highly introverted being who prefers listening to talking, reading to socializing, and cozy dinners with a few friends to going out.
