About the Author: Catrin Knußmann wurde 1981 in Mainz geboren. Ihr Studium der Soziologie und Politikwissenschaft an der Johannes-Gutenberg Universität Mainz schloss sie 2012 mit dem akademischen Grad der Magistra Artium erfolgreich ab. Die Autorin ist ausgebildete PR-Referentin (DPRG) und arbeitete vor und während ihres Studiums bei mehreren international agierenden Unternehmen sowie mittelständischen Betrieben in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen der Unternehmenskommunikation. Ihr gesammeltes Wissen bringt sie jetzt in einem Start-Up Unternehmen ein. Ihre Erfahrungen im beruflichen Alltag motivierten die Autorin, eine Studie zum Verhältnis von Öffentlichkeitsarbeitern und Journalisten zu erarbeiten und zu veröffentlichen.
