Facharbeit (Schule) aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensethik, Wirtschaftsethik, Note: 15, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Wirtschafts- und Finanzkrise hat weltweit eine Diskussion angestoßen, inwieweit es ein "Gut und Böse" in der Wirtschaft gibt. Die Suche nach Werten und der Versuch, diese in die Geschäftsaktivitäten zu integrieren, scheint die Menschen in Deutschland und Europa zu beschäftigen. In kürzester Zeit hat sich die gesellschaftliche Verantwortung von Unternehmen (neudeutsch Corporate Social Responsibility) zu einem der wichtigsten Themen in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft entwickelt. Neben ökonomischen Werten, welche berechtigterweise noch immer im Mittelpunkt stehen, gewinnen soziale (z.B. Aus- und Weiterbildung, Innovationen, Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze) und ökologische Werte (z.B. der Versuch, energieeffizienter und ressourcenschonender zu wirtschaften) an Bedeutung. Gesellschaftlich verantwortliches Handeln ergibt sich schon aus dem Grundgesetz: Eigentum verpflichtet - und das nicht nur gegenüber den Shareholdern d.h. dem eingesetzten Kapital sondern auch gegenüber sozialen und ökologischen Belangen. Die Unternehmen sehen sich einem wachsenden öffentlichen Druck ausgesetzt, gesellschaftlich verantwortlich zu Handeln, da die Konsumenten ihre Kaufentscheidungen immer stärker danach ausrichten. Gerade vor dem Hintergrund der Schlecker-Pleite gewinnt der Satz von Klaus Engel, Vorstandsvorsitzender von Evonik, an Relevanz: "Verantwortliches Handeln und wirtschaftlicher Erfolg sind nicht voneinander zu trennen." Die gesellschaftliche Verantwortung von Unternehmen geht weit über altruistisches Handeln hinaus und kann aus ursächlich wirtschaftlichem Interesse heraus und rein extrinsisch motiviert sein. In meiner Seminararbeit möchte ich aufzeigen, wie Unternehmen die gesellschaftliche Verantwortung in die Geschäftsaktivitäten integrieren können, dass der unternehmerische Erfolg mit der Schaffung eines Mehrwertes für die Gesellschaft
