Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Erwachsenenbildung, Note: 2,3, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Thematisiert werden in dieser Arbeit die Chancengleichheit, soziale Gerechtigkeit und die Kritik am Bildungssystem in Deutschland. In den vergangenen Jahren ist das Thema Bildung in Deutschland mit den dazugehörigen wichtigen Themen wie soziale Teilhabe, Bildungsungleichheit und Chancengerechtigkeit aufgrund von anderer scheinbar für die Politik wichtigerer Themen völlig aus dem Fokus geraten. Erst nach der PISA*-Studie 2018, welche im Dezember 2019 veröffentlicht wurde, ist klar geworden, dass die deutschen SchülerInnen (m/w/d) im Vergleich zu anderen auch internationalen Ländern stark zurückliegen. Das heißt auch, dass offenbar die Chancengleichheit immer noch nicht gegeben ist. Die Konnexität zwischen zum Beispiel (schulischer) Leistung und (sozialer) Herkunft wankt offenbar enorm. Durch die Veröffentlichung dieser Studie wurde das Kolloquium über die Chancengleichheit im Bildungssystem in Verbindung mit der sozialen Gerechtigkeit in den politischen Reihen wieder laut. Das Thema Bildung ist so wichtig, dass diese sogar im Grundgesetzt verankert ist. Dieses Gesetz vom 23. Mai 1949, hier am 15. November 1994 zuletzt verändert, besagt, dass "alle Menschen vor dem Gesetz gleich sind". "Männer und Frauen sind gleichberechtigt". Weiter heißt es, dass "niemand wegen seines Geschlechts, seiner Abstammung, seiner Rasse, seiner Sprache, seiner Heimat und Herkunft, seines Glaubens, seiner religiösen oder politischen Anschauungen zu benachteiligen oder zu bevorzugen ist". Wie ist es dann möglich, dass die soziale Ungleichheit trotz gesetzlicher Vorgaben seit über 70 Jahren fortan besteht? Wie kann man die Teilhabe im Bildungssystem beeinflussen? Welchen Herausforderungen müssen sich Schule und Pädagogen stellen und wie kann die soziale Ungleichheit im Bildungssystem begegnet werden? Mit diesen Fragen werde ich mich im Verlauf meiner Hausarbeit beschäftig
