Der Einkauf, die Beschaffung oder modern ausgedrückt, die Sourcing- Strategien werden den Erfolg der Unternehmen bestimmen. Hier sind einige Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, die helfen, die Kosten der Unternehmen zu minimieren und den Gewinn zu steigern, oder sogar erst wieder wettbewerbsfähig zu werden. In dieser Seminararbeit werden systematisch die verschiedenen Sourcing Konzepte dargestellt und erläutert. Die verschiedenen Konzepte werden dabei nur so streng getrennt, damit eine präzise Erläuterung möglich ist. In der Praxis werden jedoch die verschiedenen Sourcing-Ausrichtungen vermischt, um eine optimale Kombination aller theoretisch möglichen Strategien zu erreichen. Im Anschluss an die Erklärung aller Konzepte wird auf die Automobilindustrie eingegangen, wobei mit der Situation und den möglichen Veränderungen in der Zukunft der Lieferanten begonnen wird. Zum Schluss gibt die Seminararbeit über die Sourcing Strategien, die tatsächlich von den verschiedenen Automobilherstellern angewandt werden Aufschluss. Die Automobilindustrie ist in Deutschland der wichtigste Industriezweig. Sie stellt jeden siebten Arbeitsplatz. Mehr als 770.000 Mitarbeiter zählten 2003 die Autobauer und Autoteile-Hersteller.1 Aus diesem Grund haben die Entwicklungstendenzen dieser Branche eine starke Signalwirkungen für die gesamte Konjunktur und natürlich auch für Ihre Arbeitsweise.
