About the Author: I was born in a Christian on July 5, 1955. I did class one in South Africa where my mother was teaching - Tumelo Community School in Meadowlands, Soweto. Then we came back to Lesotho to continue my education, I completed five-year secondary education at Peka High School in Lesotho, then I went on to do B. Sc. Ed. at National University of Lesotho, specialising in the teaching of math and physical science. I hold an M. A. Ed. obtained from the University of Bath in the U.K. I started teaching at Masitise High School in the Quthing district of Lesotho from 1980 to 1993. In this period I became the school's soccer coach, head of science department, principal of the same school, a COSC physics marker for the whole country of Lesotho, I became a mathematics teachers' advisor in my home district of Mafeteng, after which I became a math inspector for the whole country, until I took an early retirement end of 2010. I played amateur soccer, when I became slower I played tennis to keep body and soul together. During my teaching career I used to ask myself whether there is any connection between science and the scriptures. While outside the normal employment, there suddenly came into my mind this question: "Why did Africans become slaves?" The answer to this question lies inside this book.
