César Angulo Navarro, ese poeta ''que sabe llorar cuando se emborracha'', nos escupe a la cara los poemas que escenifican sus peores caídas. Este, su primer libro, no es otra cosa que la ventana desde la que asoma en busca de cambiar la culpa por la responsabilidad. Desde aquí, sale al mundo (cruzando las líneas de los trenes) para recoger sus propios restos, y se le deforman por igual en ternura y en nostalgia, en vacíos insufribles y en hoteles, en cocaína y en sexo duro. En hombres rotos frente a los cristales y en las mujeres que amó. En lo que un día tuvo y apenas hoy sabría valorar. Desde estas palabras puede escucharse cantar la máquina de coser de su madre (''Esto es amor mamá, / pero esto tampoco / nadie nos lo dijo.''), esa que lo arrulla, impregnada también de la colonia de su padre como el mayor recuerdo del niño que lo observaba todo para nunca olvidarlo. Porque el poeta, solo, a sabiendas que nunca recobrará lo perdido, ya no solamente lo añora, sino que no descansa en su búsqueda infinita por saber -al menos- cómo nombrarlo sin sangrar. No logra encontrarse a sí mismo, ni al pasaporte que lo saque de su miseria y lo lleve a los brazos de esa familia que perdió y vislumbra en la boca de una mujer que hoy besa a otro hombre, en el niño crucificado al que abraza como hijo, en su intento por respirar bajo el agua, en los excesos que lo rebasan, en la barra de la cantina en que hoy trabaja y mañana bebe su angustia. Su puta sensibilidad de poeta, le ha enseñado a confiar en que esas cosas que no suceden nunca, son el motivo suficiente para llegar a todo ya cuando es tarde, innecesario y que siempre se es poco ante tanta nada. Con una franqueza que paraliza hasta quebrarnos también, Angulo Navarro nos miente al pretender que puede salir ileso de sus innumerables tristezas, quitarle su nombre a la catástrofe diaria, esperar a que le devuelvan la cordura y mostrarnos pruebas contundentes de que la poesía salva. About the Author: César Angulo Navarro (Perro Azul). Nace en Costa Rica el 5 de agosto de 1974. Poeta, promotor, gestor sociocultural, fundador y coordinador de proyectos como Arte por la Paz, Casapalabra, Selva Tica Radio, La Escuela de la Imaginación, Fiesta Nacional de la Poesía, Palabras sin Fronteras y VDAY-CR. A los 15 años trabajó junto a un grupo de compañeros del colegio en un programa radial de crítica social y política en Radio Cultural de Pital que se llamó "Al que le cae el guante". Miembro fundador del grupo de teatro "Tamagá" del ITCR en San Carlos, en está por cumplir su 25 Aniversario. Actualmente organiza recitales y talleres en Museos, Centros Penitenciarios del país y en la clínica del Dolor, además tiene 10 años de ser el Coordinador de la Sede de San Carlos para el Festival Internacional de Poesía de Costa Rica, Dirige la obra Los Monólogos de la Vagina para VDAY-CR desde el 2004, como proyecto social donde ha trabajado con mujeres y niñas en riesgo social de zonas vulnerables socialmente, este 2018 trabajó con 25 educadoras afiliadas a ANDE, dicho montaje alcanzó alcanzó mucho reconocimiento a nivel nacional por esta puesta en escena. Este mismo año inicia el proyecto para trabajar esta obra de teatro con privadas de libertad del Centro de Atención Integral, Vilma Curling.
