Aufgrund der demographischen Entwicklung und des damit verbundenen "War for Talents" gewinnt das Personalmarketing immer mehr an Bedeutung. Schüler, Auszubildende und Studenten (m/w) stehen früher oder später vor der Entscheidung, welche berufliche Richtung sie einschlagen wollen. Da sich viele junge Erwachsene in Social Media aufhalten, rücken diese Plattformen immer mehr in den Fokus der Personalmarketingverantwortlichen. Es stellt sich die Frage, welche Rolle Social Media im Prozess der Berufsorientierung von jungen Erwachsenen spielen. Daran anknüpfend: Wie kann das Personalmarketing in Social Media an diesen Aspekten ausgerichtet werden? Das Buch nähert sich diesen Fragen mit Hilfe von Theorie, Studien und eigener Empirie an. Als Fallbeispiel dient die Bundeswehr. Es wird die Gruppe der Bewerber für die Laufbahn der Offiziere zu ihrem Nutzerverhalten in Social Media im Kontext der Berufsorientierung befragt. Anhand der Ergebnisse werden die Personalmarketingmaßnahmen der Bundeswehr in Social Media kritisch bewertet und Handlungsempfehlungen für deren Personalmarketing abgeleitet sowie allgemeine Hinweise zum Personalmarketing in Social Media gegeben.
About the Author: Philipp Fröhling schloss sein Diplomstudium der Berufs- und Erwachsenenpädagogik im Jahr 2005 erfolgreich ab. Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalauswahl sowie in der Studienberatung sammelte er dann am Assessment-Center für Führungskräfte der Bundeswehr. Parallel absolvierte er das Studium Human Resources Management mit Abschluss Master of Arts, welches der Autor im Jahr 2012 erfolgreich beendete. Die praktischen und akademischen Kenntnisse bringt er aktuell als Personalreferent bei FERCHAU Engineering in Bremen ein und beschäftigt sich mit dem Themen Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung und Personalmarketing. Toni Krämer absolvierte zunächst den Diplomstudiengang der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität in Hamburg, welchen er im Jahr 2006 erfolgreich abschloss. Danach sammelte er mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich der Personalauswahl sowie der Personalentwicklung am Assessment-Center für Führungskräfte der Bundeswehr in Köln. Parallel schloss der Autor im Jahr 2012 das Masterstudium Human Resources Management erfolgreich ab. Seine praktischen sowie akademischen Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse bringt er derzeit bei der ABLE Management Services GmbH in Gummersbach ein, wo er sich als Personalreferent vor allem mit den Themen Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung und Personalmarketing beschäftigt.
