When I passed by someone on the street and they laughed, I thought they were laughing at me. When I was with my family and someone was laughing, I thought I was the cause.
I can assure you that I wasn't feeling like the center of the world, the problem was different, it probably will have been some childhood trauma.
But then, one day, I was fed up with living with this "ACTION BLOCK" and with the fear of doing anything I wanted, just because I was afraid that others could judge me and I was waiting for their approval.
So I immediately started to do some research and I found out that my own problem also affects about 15 million people in the United States, and about 7% of the world's population.
