Resumo
Este artigo inicia com a investigação da paz, da Grécia à cristandade, para chegar então à paz de Westphalia, ao Espírito de Westphalia e a renascença. Esse percurso nos leva a Kant e aos sistemáticos alemães, com ênfase em Hegel e a dialética Negativa posterior. Confrontados então aos Estados Revolucionários, à Paz e tudo o que ocorre em nossas sociedades como fruto apenas de versões. Trataremos da ética e da metaética fomentada pela critica da Escola de Frankfurt e a sua indústria cultural, Max Horkheimer e Theodor Adorno com o deslindar da gramática generativa de Noam Chomsky. Na sequencia trataremos do pensamento de Rawls, marco metodológico deste trabalho, do véu da ignorância, da Ética e da busca de um posicionamento para análise da categoria da Paz em geral, contraponto da ruptura da teoria da identidade de Hegel à Paz como fundamento das sociedades modernas. Todo esse exercício nos levará então as Constituições Brasileiras de 1937 e 1988, e, sobretudo da verificação de uso do termo paz mediado pelo pensamento de John Rawls e das categorias kantianas mesmas.

Este artículo comienza con la investigación de la paz, desde Grecia hasta el cristianismo, para llegar luego a la paz de Westfalia, el Espíritu de Westfalia y el Renacimiento. Este preoceso nos lleva a Kant y la sistemática alemana, con énfasis en Hegel y la dialéctica negativa posterior. Enfrentados, entonces, con los Estados Revolucionarios, la Paz y todo lo que ocurre en nuestras sociedades como resultado solamente de versiones variables. Nos ocuparemos de la ética y la metaética fomentadas por las críticas de la Escuela de Frankfurt y su industria cultural, Max Horkheimer y Theodor Adorno, con el descubrimiento de la gramática generativa de Noam Chomsky. En la secuencia, trataremos el pensamiento de Rawls, el marco metodológico de este trabajo, el velo de la ignorancia, la ética y la búsqueda de una posición dura para analizar la categoría de la paz en general, un contrapunto a la ruptura de la teoría de la identidad de Hegel con la paz como base de las sociedades moderno contemporaneas. Todo este ejercicio nos llevará a las Constituciones brasileñas de 1937 y 1988 y, sobre todo en verificar el uso del término paz mediado por el pensamiento de John Rawls y las categorías kantianas mismas.
