About the Author

Dr. James A. Momoh is a professor as the department of Electrical and computer Engineering and the director of the Center for Energy Systems and Control at Howard University, Washington, D.C. At present, he develops in disciplinary research and education programs in systems engineering, energy systems and power economics and new teaching pedagogy and curricula in power systems engineering at Howard University.
