Mr. Melby has held the commercial real estate industry's top two designations: the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and is the co-author of: Leasing Smart - which has been required reading for the University of Florida's masters in real estate program, and Professional Real Estate Investor's Handbook - approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission for use as a continuing education textbook. He has also written many articles published in such magazines as Area Development and the Commercial Investment Journal.
