As a music minister, I meet people all the time who claim to have no musical bone in their body. How many times have I heard, "Music and me don't mix", or "I'm tone deaf, I only sing in the shower". There have been times, I must admit, when listening to a student who seems to be in his or her own tonal universe, when I've thought, maybe singing isn't for everyone.
