Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Entwicklungspsychologie, Note: 3,0, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Kooperation im Kindergarten - darunter wird in der Regel hauptsächlich die Zusammenarbeit einer Tageseinrichtung mit verschiedenen fördernden Institutionen sowie der beschäftigten Fachkräfte mit den Erziehungsberechtigten verstanden. Über diese Beziehungen wird vielfach aufgeklärt und diskutiert. Doch wie sieht Kooperation grundsätzlich unter denjenigen aus, denen sämtliche Hilfsmaßnahmen eigentlich zu Gute kommen sollen? Wie funktioniert kooperatives Verhalten und Solidarität bei Klein- und Kindergartenkindern? Beziehungsweise: Sind diese dessen überhaupt fähig und kann man in kindlichem Verhalten und Handeln bereits kooperative Züge beobachten und begründen? Meine folgende Seminararbeit wird wichtige Gesichtspunkte aufgreifen und zusammenführen, um diesen Fragen auf den Grund zu gehen. In meiner Ausbildung zur Kinderpflegerin, die ich vor etwa zwei Jahren abgeschlossen habe, war ich zuerst ein Jahr in einem Regelkindergarten und anschließend in einer Eltern-Kind-Kurklinik in der Betreuung der Unter-2-Jährigen beschäftigt, wo ich viele Erfahrungen mit kleinen Kindern gesammelt habe. Für mich war gerade deren Sozialverhalten sowie dessen Entwicklung und Förderungsmöglichkeiten interessant zu beobachten, da ich - als Einzelkind aufgewachsen - zuvor nie die Entwicklung eines Kindes miterleben durfte. Innerhalb eines Jahres kann sich gerade auch im sozialen Entwicklungsbereich nämlich jede Menge verändern. Ich frage mich seither zunehmend, welche Faktoren Einfluss auf positive oder negative Veränderungen im Auftreten des Kindes innerhalb einer Gruppe haben. Ich möchte darüber mehr herausfinden und zudem klären, wie Richtlinien für Beurteilungen der Sozialkompetenz (wie z.B. die Einschätzung über Eignung zum Schuleinstieg) festgelegt werden und wie dann mit Abweichungen von einer eventuellen "Norm" umgegangen wird.
